A year ago, I had this vision of what my life would look like today and let me tell you, it’s nothing like I imagined. Back then, I had these grand plans for my career and personal life, thinking everything would fall into place just as I had envisioned. But reality hit hard and things didn’t quite go as planned.

My career has taken a different turn than what I had expected. I faced setbacks and had to pivot in ways I never anticipated. It’s been a tough learning curve and I’m not where I thought I would be professionally. But through it all.. I’ve gained valuable experience and a new perspective on my goals.

On the personal front, my living situation and relationships have also shifted. I’m not in the place I thought I would be and some of the people I thought would be by my side are no longer in my life. It’s been a painful realization but I’ve come to understand that life is constantly changing, and not everyone is meant to stay on the journey with you.

So, No, my life today is nothing like I pictured a year ago. It’s been a rollercoaster of unexpected twists and turns. But amidst the chaos and the shattered expectations, I’ve found resilience and a newfound sense of adaptability. And who knows? Maybe this unforeseen path will lead me to places I never even dared to dream of.
