What’s the most fun way to exercise?
To be honest if you are not an exercise enthusiast THERES NO FUNNNN……WAY TO EXERCISE .
There’s only effort, forcing yourself to do it despite your body saying No. You have to drag yourself.
Isn’t that the reason why so many people are not fit? Because it’s hard people. It’s f***ing hard.
My respect to those who pull it off.
I try to do it every day but… I fail… Then I try again the next day….
…. It’s still in that stage by the way. I won’t lie.
