What makes a teacher great?
A great teacher is quite a delight,
For they possess powers that shine so bright..
They’re more than just folks who stand by a board
They’re magicians of knowledge, never to be ignored.
First and foremost – their passion must ignite
Like a firework show bursting with light..
Their love for their subject, infectious and grand
Sparks curiosity in students, spreading across the land.
With voices like symphonies they engage and enthrall
Captivating young minds standing tall..
They weave tales of history, science, and art,
Transporting their students to worlds apart.
But knowledge alone won’t make a teacher great ;
They must also have empathy, a compassionate trait.
They care for their students like family they hold
Nurturing minds, supporting dreams, untold..
A pinch of patience like gold it shines
As they guide learners through difficult lines
They understand that growth takes time,
Nurturing potential like a fruitful vine.
Innovation and creativity.. they also possess,
For great teachers break boundaries… they don’t acquiesce.
They think outside the box, embracing the new,
Bringing excitement in everything they do.
And let’s not forget laughter that magical key
For a great teacher knows that learning should be glee..
They infuse humor, making lessons amusing
Creating an atmosphere that’s never confusing.
A great teacher is like a guiding star;
Illuminating paths.. both near and far..
With passion, empathy, patience, and flair,
They shape minds and hearts beyond compare.
And as students grow and embark on their quest,
They’ll always remember the teacher who gave their best.
For a great teacher is a beacon of light,
Guiding souls through knowledge, shining ever so bright.
